How do you recover from a downswing

We’ve all been there guys, variance hits hard, nothing connects, and tilt starts creeping in
So what’s your approach? Do you take a break, study hands, or just fire up another session until the cards turn?
For me stepping away for a day or two always helps reset my head
What do you do to solve these situations???
