On 5th Feb the tournament has been ended .. and I got 1 st position on that promotional challange by galaxsys gaming provider .. on this platform.. but it's been so many days have been passed and today it's 12 th Feb and still not get my prize money 2000€..

After all this .. not getting any solution.. still haven't recieved my Winning prize money .. I have asked 100times when my winning will be get credited but not getting answer everyday they are saying.. your request send to concerned team but 6-7 days has been passed still not get the answer from concerned team or what should I do .. why I am not getting my winnings ???
