Honestly, depends on the sport
For tennis I go safer, for UFC can do even 4x -

I totally agree with the points raised here. The key thing to remember is that consistency is what matters most. I've seen too many people give up too early without understanding the full picture.
One win covers 2-3 losses love rollercoasters tho
