    First of all, we all know that 1win is an incredible bookmaker and has proven itself in recent years, which is why today 1win is considered one of the best bookmakers in the world.
    I had an experience with 1win today and I'd like to share it with you.
    Today, like everyone else on this forum, I was eagerly awaiting the results of the "Crypto Meme Challenge."
    I was still confident, since the meme I submitted for the competition wasn't a copy-pasted one: I let my creativity shine in every detail of this meme, which took me over three hours.
    I was very satisfied with the meme I created; but I wanted to make sure others would like it too, so I also showed it to many of my friends. It was after their approval that I posted this meme in the forum.
    I was overjoyed to see the administrator's email, the subject of which was: "1win Forum Giveaway Winner"
    Here is the content of the message:
    "Congratulations - you’ve won in our forum giveaway!
    Here’s your voucher to activate: ******
    We wish you the best of luck in our upcoming giveaways.
    Best regards,
    1win Team"
    Yes, I'm the second winner of the "Crypto meme challenge" on this forum. The prize? An $800 voucher. Wow, it's the first time I've won that.
    I remember the biggest voucher I've ever won was 0.3 USDT worth, and it was in the Telegram channel.
    So I rushed to activate the voucher. Then I had to wager it to make a withdrawal, so I went to the Casino section and started playing, playing, playing, until I'd wagered all $800.
    Now comes this part... the withdrawal.
    Excited, I initiated a $400 withdrawal and was already planning how to spend it, so I waited, waited, waited... After  hours of waiting, I realized that the joy I'd felt had immediately turned into worry, which grew as time passed, but I still held onto a little hope.
    That hope vanished instantly when, a few moments later, I opened the 1win app and tried to log in. A pop-up appeared saying " USER BLOCKED."
    I'm writing this with tears in my eyes, I don't know what to say. I can only ask myself: WHY ME? WHY NOW?

      Best to contact the support team if crypto withdrawal is taking longer then 15 minutes . I also face the same problem once, then contact the support team and did some verification. My withdrawal was back to normal.

                Alright thank you! Is KYC need to withdraw? Cause i just kyc and got approved already so i just wait for my withdrawal right?

                  Verification is requested selectively by the security team, in other cases it is not needed. If you have been requested to verify, you must follow the instructions in the email.

                    Later in the night I received a mail from security team telling that my account has been blocked and cannot be restored
                    Personally, I've already given up on this. I'm just wondering why now? When I only had $10 in my account, I played and withdrew my winnings on 1win without any problems. But now that I had $800 in the account, everything has changed.
                    Like I said, I've already given up. I have no power over it, so I can only accept what life throws my way.

                      If an account gets blocked, our security team will notify you with the reason. Usually, blocks are related to violations of the platform rules.
                      Unfortunately, I can’t assist you with this matter, as I don’t have the required access and don’t handle account blocks.
