I think entries that are duplicate are not eligible for the raffle as said by the team, I bet it's another user with similar ID.
All entries that doesn't follow the rules shouldn't be in the raffle, that's the only thing that makes it fair. -

Before I really thought the team are doing the raffle for only eligible participants that follows all rules, ie, checking eligible participants then raffle amongst them not just making raffles for all comments including those who didn't follow the rules.
This really needs to be clarified. Make it more fair please -
