I am writing to report an issue with my 1win account regarding a withdrawal that has been pending for an unusually long time. My 1win user ID is 345618952. On 1 February 2026 at around 11:00 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of 1000 USDT via the TRC20 network. This amount was won as the first prize in a meme contest organized by 1win, and I have already completed the required account verification. As of now, more than 24 hours have passed and the withdrawal is still pending without any progress or clear explanation on the platform. I have contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but so far I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my withdrawal. The lack of communication and delay in processing my funds is very concerning. I kindly request that my 1000 USDT (TRC20) withdrawal, which I won as first place in the meme contest and for which my account is fully verified, be processed and completed as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this delay. I also expect a proper response from customer support so that I can have clarity about the safety and status of my funds.

I totally agree with the points raised here. The key thing to remember is that consistency is what matters most. I've seen too many people give up too early without understanding the full picture.

This reminds me of a similar situation I encountered last month. The solution was actually quite simple once I understood the underlying mechanics. Happy to share more details if anyone is interested.

Pro tip: Always start small and scale up gradually. This applies to everything in life!
