I am writing to officially report my unresolved deposit issue.
On January 29, 2026, at 9:10 PM, I made a payment of 167.53 AZN to my 1win account using my Kapital Bank debit card. The amount was successfully withdrawn from my bank account and this transaction was confirmed by my bank receipt. However, the funds were never credited to my 1win balance.
I contacted your support team earlier and was told that the issue was "investigated", but more than 48 hours have passed and there is no solution or clear explanation. They just gave me a bonus code and $2 was credited to my account and it doesn't work
