On 1 February 2026 at around 11:00 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of 1000 USDT via the TRC20 network. As of now, more than 24 hours have passed and the withdrawal is still pending without any progress or clear explanation on the platform. I have contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but so far I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my withdrawal. The lack of communication and delay in processing my funds is very concerning. I kindly request that my 1000 USDT (TRC20) withdrawal, which I won as first place in the meme contest and for which my account is fully verified, be processed and completed as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this delay. I also expect a proper response from customer support so that I can have clarity about the safety and status of my funds.

It got cancelled and this what security said “Thank you for the information provided. Based on the results of the verification of your game account, you will be sent a response letter by e-mail.
We draw your attention to the fact that during the inspection period, the ability to withdraw funds from the account may be restricted.”
