My problem is the same, it started on January 30th. It hasn't been credited yet. -

It got cancelled and this what security said “Thank you for the information provided. Based on the results of the verification of your game account, you will be sent a response letter by e-mail.
We draw your attention to the fact that during the inspection period, the ability to withdraw funds from the account may be restricted.”
